NEWS BRIEFS

Recall Fails!
A recall against first-term legislator, and the “Freshman Senator of the Year” (AZGOP) Justine Wadsack has fallen short at the 5 p.m. deadline, September 5th, 2023. The recall organizers announced earlier today that they would not turn in any signatures. Senator Justine Wadsack (R-LD17) has issued the following statement:
Unsurprisingly, the far left so-called “recall effort” in LD17 has failed to turn in a single signature on the September 5th, 2023 deadline. This amounts to a third electoral victory after being nominated in 2022 and then elected in November.
This was never a serious effort, but more of a 4-month social media campaign with little to no ground game.
The fact that not a single signature from a registered voter in LD17 was turned in proves that the voters want me re-elected, not recalled.
Those who filed the recall admitted to the media today that they never intended to release a signature count, making this entire operation a stunt from the very beginning.
I look forward to serving my beautiful Southern Arizona district for years to come.

With “Friends Like These…”
What is it with the love affair between democrats and terrorists? The latest act in the Biden administration’s Middle Eastern Kabuki theater is the use of Lebanon to rescind America’s recognition of Israel’s sovereignty over the Golan Heights. No formal announcement of this major policy shift was made, of course. Instead, it was buried in the fine print of the U.N. Security Council’s reauthorization of UNIFIL, the force that ostensibly secures Lebanon’s border with Israel. In a reprise of Barack Obama’s passage of Security Council Resolution 2334 in the final days of his second term, Team Obama-Biden on Aug. 31 again used the route of the Security Council to abandon a formal American commitment and implement a new policy with extreme repercussions for Israel’s security. Dobson Ranch Republican Club

Dancing in the Endzone
You might have heard about Joe Kennedy, the high school football coach fired for praying on the field after the game. You might even have heard he won at the supreme court. Tonight was the milestone and where we wanted to get to. We fought eight years. What we asked for from the Supreme Court and all the courts was just to be able to be a coach and be able to pray after a football game. Both of those were accomplished and I’ve gotten what I asked for. Anything beyond that is just a plus and we’re going to let God direct us and our family direct us, he said.
And now, whether he intended it or not, he just spiked the ball and did a dance in the endzone. Good for you Coach!

Dr. Gosar is seeking his seventh term in office and represents Arizona’s 9th congressional district. Dr. Gosar is a strong supporter of the constitution, the 2nd amendment, a closed Southern border and the right to life. Joining Dr. Gosar is Attorney Mark Langfan, Chairman of Americans For a Safe Israel. Atty. Langfan has traveled the world to present his insights on why a strong Israel is critical to the security of the United States and the entire Western world. Texas “River Wall”
The Western Journal reports that a federal judge on Wednesday ordered the state of Texas to remove barriers from the Rio Grande, which Gov. Greg Abbott had put in place to deter migrants from entering his state illegally. He wrote that Abbott needed permission to place the floating barriers in the Rio Grande because they obstructed a U.S. navigable waterway in violation of federal law and that, since he is issuing a preliminary injunction and not a final ruling in the case, he is only ordering the buoys to be removed from the “main waters” of the Rio Grande to the riverbank “so that the barrier does not impede or impair in any way navigation … along the Rio Grande.”

Mail-In Ballot Signatures Have Been Compared Illegally
The Gateway Pundit reports that a Yavapai County judge just ruled that the 2019 version of the Arizona Elections Procedures Manual was incorrect and creates a process that contradicts the plain language of A.R.S. §16-550(A). Judge John Napper rejected the Motions to Dismiss filed by Secretary of State Adrian Fontes, a former cartel lawyer, and Mi Familia Vota, a Democrat nonprofit. A status conference has been set for Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. The full story is here

This discourse in the Republican Party has reached an unprecedented low. The attacks are personal, and they’re driving voters away. You must ask yourself “why?”. I’m smart enough to know that the Legislature makes laws that Katie Hobbs will veto. The Board of Supervisors enforces the laws we do have. So, we have Busch, Ference and Harris badgering the GOP over things out of their control Then you have Craig Berland, the MCRC head sheep, trying to act smart in a video. Folks, NONE of these matters, but here’s what each of us CAN do. Instead of wasting our time following the rock star candidates to rally after rally, why don’t we spend our time chasing ballots not yet returned. Here’s the facts per Data Orbital. Independents requested 991,128 ballots, and 395,802 were not returned. This is just the stats on Independents. If we assume that at least 1/3 of these would have voted Republican, every one of our candidates would have won. So, this will be where I spend my time-contacting voters who haven’t returned their ballots. You won’t see me at a pep rally because I’m assuming those are voters will need no convincing to return their ballot. Forget the infighting and align yourself with a group that are going after Independents and low propensity voters.
Jim Ehl
political party (noun):
1. A political organization that subscribes to a certain ideology and seeks to attain political power through representation in government.
2. An organization to gain political power. Now, how in the h*** do we do that? Well, in Arizona as I see it we expect voters go to the polls and vote their preference using information they heard during the campaign. Then the AZGOP leadership kisses the back side of those elected, and never reports on their performance once they are in office, leaving that to the voters (HA). Party Information??? Just leave that to Frosty and John. Teamwork ??? Autocracy seems easier, supports egos.. When has the 16 chairs ever met to work out a plan? Leadership?? What’s that??RESULTS!!!!
Arizona now has a Dempcrat for governor, voted for a Democrat for POTUS, , 2 Democrats for the U.S. senate, and finally losing the plurity of registered voters.
Don’t blame the AZGOP chairs leadership for beinging who they are, YOUR VOTES PUT THEM THERE!!
Phil Mason, First Vice-President of the Arizona Republican Assembly:
In response to Coach Dave Daubenmire: Where are the Republicans?
I understand your frustration. I live it. I have been in the ministry – called to the political arena 44 years ago. I have been fighting the McCains, Bush’s, and all the rest of the infiltrators sent by the Evil one into our midst. I caution you to not denigrate Republicans as if none of them are doing anything. Without the Christian Conservative Republicans, you and I would have no restraints on the agenda of the Evil one.
Remember, a person becomes a Republican by checking a box on a voter registration form and the Republican Party is prohibited by law to refuse their chosen designation. We need to do less attacking all Republicans and begin focusing our attacks with more precision. Attack the RINOs. Attack the Democrats. Attack the Communists masked as Progressives. Attack the churches who have failed in their mission. Confront or Counsel those who sit on the sideline and refuse to engage the enemy because they are lazy, compliant, complicit or afraid of any possible economic or social discomfort.
Attacking all Republicans is destructive since in today’s political arena, members of the Republican Party comprise the ONLY conduit to turning around the Ship of State. It is akin to attacking ALL coaches for not exercising their First Amendment rights and praying in public. It ain’t true and it’s suicidal.
Encourage real Christians to become Precinct Committeemen in the Republican Party. Exhort real Constitutional patriots to take leadership positions in the Republican Party. Evict the RINOs, NWOs, neo-cons with no salt out of leadership in the Republican Party. Energize the Salt (Matt 5:13) from your House thru the State House to the White House. Exalt and embolden the elected officials who are true to the Constitution & the Faith.
Again, whether it is comfortable or not, the Republican Party is the only path to win the war. Circular firing squads do not lead to victory.

Read Article 4, part 2, and Article 5 of the Arizona constitution for this. And of course, Article 1, section 8 of the U.S. Constitution, and Article 2, clause 1 and 2. Oh, sorry, read Article 3 carefully as well. It is short, but important in 2 ways. As you’re reading Article I, of the US constitution, take notice of clause 2, and section 4. Then read Article 7, section 10 and 11 of Arizona’s constitution. Why? Our elections are in turmoil and we can’t fix them operating like democrats, on our emotions, which is what the “party” is doing. This is in reference to the MCRC passing their latest resolution to separate from government run elections. This is an open invitation to our legislators, please join us and participate. The people elected you and only our working together will solve any problems. This is our last meeting there since they are having to vacate the office.
